Susan MacDonald comes from a 25 year business background which has included marketing at an engineering firm, an architectural/interior design practice and a financial services organization. Her background uniquely positions her to support her clients in each step of the home buying and selling process. Her belief about the buying and selling of a home is that: Every home has a family, every family has a story, and for a brief period of time I am privileged to be part of that story. As a resident of Garden City, a large part of her business is here but she is also well versed in the surrounding towns. Her clients come to her primarily through referral, so she has represented homes, condominiums and co-ops across Nassau County. Susan is a Board Member of Homecoming Farm, a non-profit organic farm in Amityville; and involved with fundraising for The INN (Interfaith Nutrition Network) comprising 19 soup kitchens, 3 shelters and a long term housing program across Long Island. She also serves on the Garden City Chamber of Commerce Foundation Board - the philanthropic outreach of the Chamber and is a member of the Garden City Chamber of Commerce and the Garden City/Mineola Rotary.
